top notch seller!!!
***Updated review from 1 star to 5 stars as Feonal went way out of their way to make this right with problems I had with tablet***This will be wordy but hopefully it will help, as while I'm not super tech saavy, I am Android saavy.I bought this tablet to replace a 10 inch Android 9 1280x800 2gb ram 64 gb storage that I loved and paid 40 bucks more for 2 years ago, that stopped being able to reliably charge and then being stuck with 11.6 inch tablet that I bought at a store for $50 bucks more 2 months ago, but is too bulky to carry around that has same stats that I love but battery does discharge quickly too, even on a charger.Priority for me was headphone port (hate bluetooth headphones), 4gb ram, 64gb storage that's expandable, Android 11, and even though I didn't need this as a phone, it was the only tablet like ANYWHERE that had the tablet and accessories such as keyboard with all the above named priorities. It's good for reading books and magazines, watching videos and wish it loaded faster apps and the set up wasn't terrible as while I'm NOT tech saavy, I am Android saavy and my 3 gb Android 11 which was 80 bucks is also faster but this Feonal has obviously a larger display and could fit in my purse the little I get out.And there isn't a lot of bloatware, I didn't care for the 2 Amazon related apps but most people aren't writing reviews ON Amazon who don't shop regularly on Amazon so that probably won't be a problem for you.Because it's smaller and it's a great experience though to watch stuff and read on full brightness, the tablet discharges quickly, but charges quickly, especially if one has a 2nd longer usb-c cord to keep it charged up like I ended up buying for my 11.6 inch tablet.I'm in my 50's and invisibly disabled so I'm on a tablet a lot as a blogger, reader and You Tube addict. Settings will allow already to increase font sizes for those who love to read. For those who get frustrated with being forced to look at apps in either portrait or landscape mode, there are apps in Google Play store for free that will allow you to force an app in mode of your choosing.Note though, if you like things on full brightness when watching shows/videos while listening to headphones the battery will discharge quickly and it will be tough if you are trying to charge at the same time to do all of that, using a rotation control app based upon where you are located, if one is planning on taking this tablet out a lot where you can't control where it's plugged in (as suggested above getting a longer usb c cord) it might also help to get a compatible portable power charger if you don't have one.The sound wasn't fantastic using wired headphones so if you already have bluetooth and you aren't super picky with sound, it might be better with bluetooth ear buds, otherwise if you aren't picky like I am, it's okay to watch shows, it's not great to listen to music, but given the fact I bought this over higher priced well known name brand tablets that were 10 inch Android 11 1920x1200 4gb/64gb I bought it because of wanting a headphone port which those tablets didn't have.I know this was wordy, but hopefully it helped people who wants the same thing I did when looking for a tablet and for those who may not be as Android saavy, hopefully some of the tips helps maximize your enjoyment of your new tablet.

Incredible customer service
About 2 weeks after the return policy ran out, the tablet was flipping from screen to screen on its own without touching it. I was not happy. I originally posted a bad review. I ended up contacting customer service (which I should have done, to begin with) to see if anything could be done. They were very quick to respond and after a few emails back and forth they could see it wasn't the user's error and that there was something wrong with the tablet. Within just a couple of days, I received a new one. I have never had better customer service before. This company is top-notch.

Good for the price
I am not speaking to the sim card/phone as I do not use a tablet as a phone.Overall, you get what you pay for, and the main reason I did get this was to replace my years old Tablet. I wanted 5G wifi and this model supposedly provide "dual band wifi". After trying to find it, and trying to figure out why is wasn't connecting, I reached out to tech support and was told it only supports 2.4. I have decided to keep it but I had to purchases a cable to go directly into my router to get decent internet. However only one USB-C port exists so it means unplugging the charger and plugging the LAN cable. The battery life thus far is horrible. My old tablet could run for a few days, this one has depleted almost all battery life in 5 hours or so.Pro:CheapComes with various accessories.Cons:Not dual band Wi-Fi. Only does 2.4.Touch screen is wonky. Not the latest version of Android and no way to upgrade, as this table contains a vendor specific version. Thus update will only be available if the vendor provides one.Battery life is really bad

Maybe my hopes were too high.
Package arrived partially open and the Amazon delivery person decided to lob it onto my porch rather than climb the 5 steps (i watched the video from my porch camera). Not Feonals fault and luckily the tablet is well packed in a strong box from the manufacturer. On to the tablet itself....some things are good, screen picture quality, usability and size. Some things are just okay, sound, keyboard and mouse. Some things are just bad, the manual (it's worthless) but my biggest worries are the type C cable connection is very flimsy into the charger and the tablet but my biggest issue is with the SD card slot. The cover for the SIM card and SD card slot is very weak, i honestly believe it wouldn't last opening/closing more than twice. All these things i could live with as it's a cheaper tablet except for it not reading my SD card when it's in the slot. It shows that it is reading it but then i get the message that the card is missing and to insert it again. 95% of what i need a tablet for is on the SD card so it's worthless unless i can get this feature to work. I have reformatted the card and it works fine in my other tablet so i know it's not the card.People who have had issues in the past have mentioned Feonals great customer service and i have reached out to them regarding the SD card issue, stay tuned for updates.
