The incense sticks light up easy and burn all the way to the end without going out. The ashes actually stick together and then eventually fall off when they are about an inch long. That keep them from making a mess which I like. They really smell quite delightful; however, if you are looking for the70s hippie head shop smell it is not there!! I will buy this brand again, BUT….I am an old hippie, and you never forget that smell. I will have just to keep looking.

I used the traditional incense with charcoal and sencer but in my new dwelling these sticks work as well without leaving the soot behind. I use them for prayer, the liturgy of the hours, as well as blessing the icons. They are very generous with the quantity provided as well.

WOW!! buy these immediately if you love incense! Clean burning, no charcoal, and the coolest part is they're made with recycled temple flowers and are good for women and the planet... Did I mention they also smell SOOOO YUMMY?!!!

This smells great and is a nice church-like incense smell. I also like that it's charcoal-free. However, these sticks put out quite a bit of smoke! I have to run the tower fan in the room that I burn this incense in to dissipate the smoke, otherwise I'm worried it'll set my smoke detector off. Something to be aware of. However, that's not enough to put me off this stuff and I'll keep buying this brand of incense for the foreseeable future.

This brand of incense is a stable in my household. We regularly buy the Rose, Candy Cinnamon, and our favorite being the Frankincense & Myrrh. Great quality incense, burns for about an hour, and great price for the amount.I knocked down a star because I had bought the sample pack containing the Patchouli and Mint one, and loved it so much that I purchased a full box of it. However, it was not the same incense as the one provided in the samples pack. The sample incense had a light beige color and a sweet scent/burn. The incense in the full sized box was a medium brown color and wasn't sweet, it actually smelled like wet grass to me. I don't know if the formula changed along with the name change (now it's called 1960's Patchouli instead of Patchouli/Mint) but it was super disappointing nonetheless.

Wonderful fragrance and a powerful mission make this my new go-to brand for incense. Excellent value for the money plus a socially- and ecologically-conscious business approach.
