Suffering with fibromyalgia I suffer terrible pain in shoulders, back and neck, when I put it on it helps with the pain or takes the pain away, best thing I’ve had 🤪

It gets more than hot enough and is very soothing. I have degerative disc disease plus Ehlers Danlos and several chronic pain co-morbidities. This enables me to do the work I need to without having to resort to pain tablets.I'm giving it a 4 because of the faulty first one, but am giving the seller 5 stars for the amazing customer support :)Original review.Product was excellent for a brief period of time. Unfortunately, this week it completely stopped working and is no longer 'eligible' for return. The light simply flashes, as seen in the video. No longer heats up at all. As a disabled person with a limited income this is distressing as no I am without anything for relief of intense chronic pain.

It was uncomfortable to wear. The shoulders and neck stuck up away from the body.

This is for the most part a nice soft, comfortable heating pad. However some parts don't get very warm such as the neck and around bottom of the back.Improvements would be to make it go a bit hotter and to all parts. Would be nice to have flaps at the front so that you can actually wrap it fully around the body, although obviously it would increase the cost of the item.

You can use it as a throw around your legs as well when working. Lovely touch.

Product as described, I am very happy with my purchase and regret I did not buy it earlier, mainly it helps to keep me warm while working from home and definitely helping with my shoulders and neck pain, it meets my needs and it is soft and well made

I use this for pain relief in my back and it works for me, the only thing I dislike is tthe collar is rather big.

I used this product because l have Neuropathy and also suffer from low back pain. My first priority is pain relief followed by comfort and softness in equal measure. I would say l loved it as my lower back pain disappeared almost instantly.
