Works very well. Have used it in two modes to dispense fathers meds. Initially set to dispense 4 times a day then changed to twice a day. 86 year old father gets on fine with the machine.

This 28 days automatic pill dispenser works as expected with no any errors, I must admit I am really impressed with how it works, although it is very expensive it is a really good quality device which is very helpful and useful, I am very pleased with it.It has very clear and easy to read LCD display.It also has very helpful light and sound reminder alarm for scheduled medication.You will be able to choose from a frequency of 1 time per day up to 6 doses per day.Each slot is spacious enough to accommodate up to 18 pills.Great quality pills organizer at all, good value for money.I can easily recommended to anyone.

Speaking as a pharmacist, this type of product is greatly needed. It does have some faults but would still be invaluable for many people. It virtually eliminates missing a dose or taking too many.Despite what someone said, the tablets can not get mixed up on inverting, etc.However, the comment about the 'PRESS' sign is valid. It should be changed to a 'SLIDE' sign. A very determined and confused person could certainly force it open and then get confused, but that applies to almost any alternative system currently available.Unfortunately, some 'sticky' capsules can stick in it and then need to be poked out.Their statement that 'The alarm will only stop once you flip the dispenser upside down to get your pills.', is slightly incorrect. That is what normally happens, and is perfect. However, if this flipping is not done to take out the tablets, the alarm will stop after one hour, whereas ideally it should continue for many hours, such as having a late lie-on on a Sunday. However, the 'untaken' tablets do remain visible and clearly not taken. It would be better if the slide was transparent to help this situationFinally, it is a great pity that such a marvellous item is not better known, and preferably much cheaper, which should easily be possible.

I am living with Young Onset Dementia and used to have trouble remembering to take my meds.This product has made the process trouble-free, and I only need to remember to fill it once every two weeks.The loud alarm and flashing lights ensure that I NEVER miss my dose, and contrary to what other reviewers have said, the tablets DO NOT get mixed up when the unit is tipped up if the lid has been secured properly.The individual segments are generously sized and can accommodate my 18 pills and capsules in the morning and six at night.This is the best purchase I ever made.As an added bonus, I've been using mine for over a year now and I haven't had to change the batteries!

This is good quality and size as well. Easy to use and set up. Like the clear top to see everything easily. And it can hold a lot also. Price is expensive unfortunately.
