GLEAM Guitar Stand - Universal Wooden for Acoustic Electric Guitar and Bass X-Frame Style Portable String Instrument Holder with Soft Foam Covering

After a few days, I remain pretty happy with this stand. I'm using it hold an electric guitar, and I plan to try the stand with an acoustic guitar in the next few days. The stand was easy to assemble, seems robust, holds my guitar reasonably well, even when the strap hangs down and gets in the way. The 'padding' along the edges where the guitar makes contact with the stand seems to work well. I like this better than the ones that hold the neck of the guitar as in my case I'm storing the guitar on the floor of a closet and not in the middle of a room where holding the guitar neck might be more important. I am considering buying another one, and possibly a third if I retire a wall-rack I use sometimes.

Looks great!Assembly is a tight fit, which is probably good, but it sounded like the veneer isn't going to like being set up and tore down very often.

The stand is made of very cheap material. It goes together easily but it also comes apart easily. If you are using it for an acoustic guitar, it may be okay. It doesn’t work great with Strat style guitars because of the body contour. P-Bass guitars will sit it the stand, but are very unstable. The contour of a Jazz Bass makes it almost impossible to use with any confidence.

Really good quality, sturdier than I expected. Looks really nice, especially for an acoustic guitar. Very satisfied.
