INTELLITEC 0000911000 Powerline Smart EMS

The Powerline EMS in my 2006 Ellipse had been wonky for a long time - showing 30A when on 50A and displaying impossible amp use. I was a bit hesitant to install myself, but it wasn't technically challenging. Pop the retaining clip and slide it out, then transfer the wires to the six pins and the three plugs to the new unit. Takes a bit of work to get the wires free to change, but took about 30 minutes. Shut everything down, turned off battery and Ethernet cable, waited ten minutes to turn back on and reconnect, and Hallelujah! Works like new!

I had a problem with ems on 2005 Journey, when plugged to 50A the EMS would only read 30A. From what I have I read they had problems with the board until 2007 the board was upgraded. I received this board It had a date on it 2008. you can see a few different changes in it. All the wire plugs and is exactly the same perfect fit. It took about 20 mins. to change and fixed the problem. I received the item really quick, great service.

Exact replacement for earlier model circuit board.Previous board had burnt out components that wouldn't allow it to recognize 50 amp connection.

The first board arrived damaged and was returned. It took about four weeks to get the credit. The replacement board was not compatible as a replacement and that was returned. It's been about four weeks and several emails and they promised a refund tomorrow. This board is for a Winnebago product built after mid 2005. (Mine is a 2005 built in Dec. 2004)
