The item itself is of good quality and the idea is darling. I love this little gem that I now have hanging in the window of my living room above the snuggly bed that my sweet fur baby Rocky used to sit and watch the birds, bees and squirrels. he just crossed over the rainbow bridge on Sept 18th. :-( The only down side was the suction cup thingy. There were no instructions that explained if you should cut around the "cup" area to get rid of the excess plastic bit that was quite large and would have been an eye sore stuck to the window. I put it up and it fell down overnight. I had to buy a small plastic suction cup and that has worked as of today with no issues. I think that you should replace that bit with a more sturdy suction cup. Otherwise, this product is very nice.
