Great wifi extender
I'm using this to extend wifi to an outdoor patio and nearby wifi-dependent equipment. It did the job. Easy set up.

Additional node added to my Linksys home mesh network
I was experiencing dropped home network devices in my family room. I have 2 nodes currently- the main node by my router connected via Cat-5 cable and one node at base of stairs for entire downstairs connected with WiFi. Bought one used mode to increase signal strength and what a difference. I added power to device and powered on. Using Linksys iPhone app, the new device was immediately found, recognized, and auto connected to my home network. Completed connection to home network in under 5 minutes with little input from me except to identify the network name. I’m very happy I bought this Linksys network last year and this additional node this year. I would recommend this device or another Linksys product. Very solid and straightforward to setup and use.

I like it, but it took over an hour to set up
I tried connecting it via the app because that’s literally the only instructions it comes with. It’s the second time I go through this with Linksys, I have a white mesh system and bought this black one as an add-on child node. It works great…but it kept asking me to hold the reset button for ten seconds and I would…it would start blinking and then the app would say hold it again. Had to call tech support, they had me unplug and relocate all my nodes to test each one before we got to the one I bought… 50 minute phone call no joke. Is this how it’s supposed to be each time you buy an extra node? Besides that, the node is amazing, it boosted my download speed from 7Mbps to 13Mbps, my office computer doesn’t glitch on me anymore and runs all my softwares perfectly with fast speed. Would add another one…but I don’t want to give up another 30-50 minutes going through each node again.
