I love it. I have started icing my face every other night and noticed a big difference how my skin feels. It takes awhile to freeze and kind of hard to open so I put it under hot water for a couple minutes before I want to use it so it’s easier to open.

It works well and is easy to use, other than opening it once is frozen. Extremely difficult to open, run it under warm water and you're good though.

Overall this product is good it does what it needs to do, you add water through the hole, freeze it, and it has the shape of a gua sha so you can ice your face with more precision from the shape. The only thing I will say which I guess is pretty obvious is that as you put the ice on your face the water melts into the container and when I put the container up to my face the water spills on me but I've learned to just stand near the sink. But works good!! Remember before using it to put it under hot water and let it sit there for about 5 minutes before trying to open.

Buy it now! Be sure to pull the lid softly to add your water. It doesn't mark which side to lift it and I pull it completely off. All is good after I pressed it back through the whole with a knife tip. My face is loving this! Oh and after it freezes and you're ready to use it, lift the lid and run some warm water through the heart. Once it melts a little opening will be easy.

This thing is so hard to open you literally have to run it under hot water for a minute straight and then half the ice ends up falling out when using it, sometimes it also opens the wrong way and the shaped part that’s supposed to go on your face is stuck in the container and you have to use the other side.

I love everything about it, if you run it Uber warm water for a few minutes it comes apart, that happens with everything that you put in the freezer. It’s so convenient and you can put whatever you want in it, then fill it up with water, it will be a daily part of my beauty routine now. Buying another one as a back up!!

This has to be the stupidest Amazon purchase I’ve ever made! For starters it came with no instructions, no company info, nothing. When you fill it with water (from the tiny porthole at the top) and freeze, you can’t open it after it’s been frozen. I’ve attempted this several times with different amounts of water inside, and it just won’t open after frozen. Complete waste of money!

I have a traditional roller with a handle and prefer this ice roller. Coolness feels so good on your face.l and does help to de-puff.Tips:fill to the top and then pour out a little. The water will expand when frozen so you don’t want it all the way to the top.Instead of running it under hot water, use a hair dryer. No need to waste hot water for several minutes and this method is better.
