My old foam roller was getting deformed, and it was never the greatest. I have a lot of mid-back, neck, hip pain. I liked that the chirp wheels have a channel for your spine, and they take up a lot less space than my foam roller.First impressions: really high quality product. The foam is soft, but feels really durable, and the rings themselves feel like steel. Love the case, and that I got 4 sizes. I used the large one first, and it really popped my back out, and I didn’t have issues with it slipping and scooting instead of rolling like a did with the foam roller. Worked my way down in ring sizes, seeing what each feels like. The medium size is good for really stretching the chest out, and the next to smallest size cracked my neck really well! The smallest one is good for laying on and stretching the base of the neck out, or rolling your leg muscles and feet. Everything fits neatly in the case (also high quality).I was slightly hesitant to buy these at first because of the cost, but given the quality of the wheels, and the fact you get four sizes and the case makes this a great deal, imo. This feels like equipment that will last a long time. I have the 3 in 1 roller coming, now!

I have back pain and this helped alot with the pain

I like that it was able to help me pop my back. But I’m a bit heavy so getting down to the ground rolling along the chirp wheel and then trying to get back up can be difficult. It is easy to use. It can release pressure. Quality product. I was able to purchase with my FSA card.

Its great for people like myself who has back pain and cant reach some spots.

I just received this set tonight. It’s my Christmas present to myself and long overdue. I have chronic tension in my back, neck, and shoulders due to stress, trauma, blah blah.. So anyways I’m hoping it will help save on going to the chiropractor. I’ve used it twice. It cracks everything in all the right places. It doesn’t hurt at all to use. Just decompression and It feels so good compared to a traditional foam roller. I wish I hadn’t waited so long to purchase. I’m excited to see the improvements and relief to come.

The media could not be loaded. I love the chirp wheel just ordered the faucet, and the largest one came looking like a floor model. The others looked brand new. While I was thinking, I ordered a brand new one. It looks like it was one that has already been used and has marks and indentations on the padding would write a better review if the product wasn’t damaged when I received it.
