SCurma Fizzy Nano Turmeric Curcumin - Natural Support for Indigestion - 20 Effervescent Tablets

The thing with WFH is I confine myself in my apartment too much. Too much zoom, too much movie, too much sitting, then too much lower back pain. I ordered this to help with the pain in my back that was turning me into an absolute maniac. For time I didnt want to stand or sit anymore. I have only been taking this since it arrived last week and it helped almost immediately. The pain is almost gone and I could not be happier. No side effects, no belly upsets, and somehow my reflux is gone too!

The media could not be loaded. Never took any supplement for pain. But I have Ulcerative colitis and the inflammation was bad. Well, I received this a few days ago and started with one tab. In 20 minutes or so the pain in my stomach was gone!!! I could feel free to eat!! I will continue to take it for its overall health of it. I WILL BE BUYING it AGAIN.

Im a trainer in my late 20s. Ive been searching for a herb that can reduce inflammation in my body. My housemate gave me this to try. 3 weeks and boom, my recovery after workout is definitely faster. I feel less aches.I recommend to use it at least 4 wks, everyday 1 to 2 tablets, for best results. Some people forget this is not a drug. Its much safer.

This set is 2 tubes of 10 tablets. The box they come in feels fancy? It's textured. These tablets dissolve like an alka seltzer tablet and turn your water a bright orange color. I didn't care for the taste but it wasn't awful. On the box, it says to use it 1x a day for immune and anti-inflammatory purposes, and 2-3x per day for more "intense uses" (my guess is healing from an injury or something.) It's gluten free and vegetarian, but does contain lactose and sesame.

Curcumin is great. But taking it as a solo supplement, all by itself, might not be such a good idea. The jury is still out about it's possible negative effects of high amounts of curcumin on the liver. I firmly believe that consuming ALL the components in turmeric root is by far the best way to go. Curcumin is wonderful, but so are the many other components that work in tandem with each other to deliver the best source of pain relief, arthritis relief, joint pain relief, immune system enhancement and well as ingesting a powerful anti-carcinogen. The entire turmeric root is really what you want to take as I have had years of personal experience consuming it. Please google, "Golden Paste", make it and take it and you will be quite pleased with the results. All that said, if you really want to just consume curcumin then these dissolvable tablets are an easy way to do that. They dissolve nicely in water and have a pleasant enough taste.

I liked that I could drop this in water and drink it. Not a big fan of pills. Also like that it’s once per day. I used it to feel better and protect my immune system. I tend to prefer that in the winter when there are diseases around.

Had to agatate. Dull . Bought capsules instead. Nano .

Easier to drink than taking powder. The flavor is a bit sweet and turmeric-like. I drink once every morning before breakfast. The price is decent, come down to $1/serving. Would buy again!
