RobertsRadio BLUTUNE300 DAB/FM Sound System with CD Player - Black

I bought this radio/cd player as a present, however it somehow got mislaid along the way. I was refunded without any quibbles and a replacement was very speedily dispatched.The recipient is delighted with his present and so far has had no problems. It has a good quality of sound and was easy to set up and use.

Delightful radio. Excellent build and sound quality. Lots of features ... BUT: Roberts has decided not to supply 'User Guides' with this item - not just paper hard copies - but online versions too. You will only receive a 'single A3 sheet' with a quite basic 'quick start' guide, which fails to mention a whole host of options available. Only if you're prepared to spend time searching through options on the radio menu (perhaps not everyone will know how), will you find them.I called Roberts Tech Support and received a very curt greeting and response from their agent, who I challenged to guide me (but she didn't know) and then conceded that she could email me a full blown User Manual.Why doesn't Roberts supply this User Manual online? Not what you'd expect with a nearly £300 alarm clock radio!

Bought to replace the previous similar Roberts model. This is just as good . If you want a quality radio look no further than Roberts.
