You can't just take it and get disappointed that it doesn't work. You have to change your diet. Change your eating habits. Cut out snacks, pasta, bread, chips, pizza etc. Poultry, vegetables, seafood, salads will help you lose weight. Exercising will help you lose weight. I was doing all that but was losing 1, 2 lbs a week. I stuck to my diet, continued to exercise and started taking Lipozene. and it went from 1-2 lbs a week to 3-4 lbs a week. But you have to make the effort. I went from 5-7 Miles on the bike to 8-10 Miles. No eating after 9:00 PM. Drink 4 Protein drinks a day. Drink a lot of water. If it was that easy everybody would do it. You have to work at it. No cheating. Give yourself plenty of time. 2, 3 lbs a week do not sound like much but it adds up after a couple of months. I purchased this product based on a favorable review that indicated results are evident over time. I have been struggling to lose 10 lbs. I started with the 1 pill twice a day, following directions of half hour after meal. On the fourth day, my stomach was extremely distended. This product does not leave room in your stomach for food. I’m a conscientious eater, and believe in small portions. For example, for breakfast I may have a piece of fruit and tea. My stomach became so bloated, it hurt horribly. I began to have painful cramps. I stopped taking it. I gained 10 lbs in the 5 days I took this pill. I do not know if this is a result of the constipation and the bloating which I still have. (stopped taking the pill last Friday) and it’s 5 days after this pill, and still bloated. I did an experiment of putting 2 pills in 8 ounces of water over night (that’s the equivalent of 1 day of pills). Next morning, the water had become an almost solid gelatin mass. I envisioned that’s what happened in my stomach causing it to be distended. My experience may not be yours, but be very careful with this one.

The price is really high, but it takes away my appetite. Of course, I started a low-1400-calorie diet with lots of vegetables and juices, so that is my weight loss plan. So I compared Lipozene to a generic all-natural glucomannan extract with 1800 mg kojac root. The other supplement did almost nothing. I tested them by placing 1/4 cup water in a small bowl, then broke two capsules and stirred well and waited 5 minutes. It was obvious that the Lipozene creates a really thick gel, it took 5 capsules of the all-natural formula to form the same gel. Lipozene seems to have a natural formula, and it works really well when I eat a normal healthy diet.

I’ve noticed quite the difference with products when ordering from sellers on here. I had gone to the pharmacy and bought the same product to compare since each bottle varies. Needless to say, the pharmacy is the darkest in colour and the ones bought through here are the lightest. Is there a difference besides colour … yes. The ones from the pharmacy over counter seem to be better and labels aren’t slapped on by someone. The bottles are sealed when purchased but definitely not the same as getting it from the store or over the counter pharmacy.
