This product is easy to swallow and has given me relief from I'll feels. The price is competitive and it is worth the expense. It's a good produt.

Going into my 2nd bottle... It has made a difference on #1 providing me with more testosterone; since pomegranate extract especially the husk helps to stop converting testosterone into estrogen, I feel alot more invigorated and energy levels has gone back up especially in my active lifestyle. Recommend, especially for males 40s-50s+ since we tend to lose testosterone significantly when we age.

I’ve been using these pomegranate pills for 2 weeks, and I’m really impressed so far. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t have any weird aftertaste. I got two different brands. This one claim 40% ellagic acid with 5000 mg per pill? The other one is 1200 mg a pill, which is 90% ellagic acid. And is twice the size? I’ve had other 1000 mg pills tgat were also bigger pills? So I’m not sure how these are 5000 mg. Ellagic acid is delicate in refining into pure form. I’m concerned about over refining these to have 5000 mg be that tiny. I may have bought snake oil? Who knows. I gave 5 stars bcz I haven’t tried them yet. I’ll be taking them along side the other brand.

HAVE NOT GOTTEN SICK ONCE SINCE TAKING THIS! I've tried Vitamin C supplements many times and still would get sick very easily! I have been taking this supplement for over 5 months now and haven't even caught a minor cold! I am constantly going to public places and used to get sick easily ESPECIALLY in the Winter! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR A STRONG IMMUNE SYSTEM!

I purchased these as a supplement for healthy blood pressure. I'm not sure if they're really having a positive effect, but I'm going to keep taking them and see what the longterm effects will be.
