Had eye problems for the last 16 years and I finally found an item that I can honestly say helped the watrering, crusty film and itching . Bought double eye patches and it is so soothing to use and get relief. Would recommend this product for dry eye too.

This is a repeat purchase. The old ones finally wore out. I heat mine for 30 seconds in my microwave and the compress will stay warm for at least 5-6 minutes. The strap is adjustable. The surface material is a soft cotton and the whole thing is pretty light weight. It says it is washable, and I did wash my old one, but it takes a long time to dry where I live...more than 24 hours. That is a negative. This time I made a removable slipcover for it which was super easy to do. It would have been a great selling point for the manufacturer to do that. The other negative/positive thing is that the eye pads are adjustable as to the width between them. I found that to be a nuisance, so I sewed the loose one in the position that best fits me.

At first I was giving this four stars because I don't love the design of the Velcro elastic band. I ended up cutting one of the eye cups off so now my band is like a pirate one eye version and I have to either hold the second eye cup or tuck it in place. But I have to give this five stars anyway because it is incredibly effective and probably life changing for some people. My ophthalmologist recommended this product because as I am aging, my eyelids are sometimes dry. I didn't even know they were dry! She said this warm mask stimulates natural oil gland function in the eyelids. WOW! She is right! And apparently when you finish using this as your little spa time, if your eyesight is temporarily slightly blurry, that shows it is working because it's the oils in your eyelid moving along. You definitely want those working because otherwise you can feel irritation, redness, or bumps. I use this about three times per week now and it is more effective than when I used to use a warm, damp wash cloth.

absolutely worth it. I have suffered from dry eyes for years. Seen some Dr's about it. my new eye doctor told me to get this when i went for contacts. He explained that the reason my eyes were chronically dry was bc of oil clogging the tear ducts resulting in inability of natural tears to reach the eyes., in simplified terms. So being skeptical, i gave it a try bc i am constantly having to use eye drops. Ill just say warm it for appx 30 sec, place soft side on eyes for 10 minutes. When you take it off, wipe the corners of your eyes. My eyes have so much less pain and significantly less dry and red after just 2 days. I absolutely love it. It's like a heat pad but for the eyes. If only i had known 20 years ago... Im buying another to keep at work with me. it is absolutely worth it's price.

It is an excellent product helps u the tear duct function and relaxes the eyes. Lot of cheaper options available but the cost is worth the quality. I have been using this for over a month now and am satisfied with the product

Unfortunately the quality of this product has decreased dramatically. It's now smaller and the beads don't keep the heat the way they used. I would not recommend it...

The eye compress retains heat well for 10 minutes. Very comfortable and temperature is just right for the eyes. Only thing is that because I have a smaller face, both eyepieces cannot sit perfectly well, slightly slides off on one side. It does work, and I've been using it for about 2 weeks now. Hoping the blepharitis clears soon!

It is amazing dont put it in microwave more than 25 seconds
