I am 62 inches in height, with the thickest part of my thighs at 24 inches, and arms at 13.5 inches. The Slim Heat Body Wrap was easy to wrap around both body parts by myself. It does take a little balancing of the wrap, pulling and tugging going around my arm or thigh making it an even fit from the top of that certain body part to the bottom. The Velcro holds it in place nice and tight. I had a thin layer of coconut oil with lotion on my skin, and these wraps did not slip or slide down my arms or thighs. And yes, these wraps gave me a good sweat!

So, I already have the Sweet Sweat thigh wraps, but had been wanting arm wraps as well. I live in a few locations, so opted to get this Slim Heat set to keep in one location. I prefer the Sweet Sweat thigh wraps because they are a bit thinner neoprene and they are tapered, so not as bulky under my capris. But these are fine for anyone who isn't that concerned with appearance. I really like the arm wraps! They are difficult to put on by myself, but I'm getting better at it over time. The expanse the arm wraps cover is perfect for me; the distance from shoulder to elbow is perfect, and I am 5'4". The distance from hip to knee is ok on the leg wraps, and pretty much as pictured, but I wish they covered a longer expanse of the thigh to knee.

I will used but!! I don't like the material it feels too cheap... is just for walking so is okay.

As described, and worked great. Velcro stayed on fine, didnt slide off while working out!

I purchased the wonder arms with 3 bands included. Placed the beginner band onto equipment, extended the arms 3 times and the band snapped!! Can you send me new, well constructed bands for my wonder arms equipment?

I was pleasantly surprised that the product fit comfortably. After reading reviews I was sceptical of purchasing because I'm a big girl. I'm very pleased with the fit and the product seems to be of good quality. Multiple workouts will show me just how durable they are.

What was I thinking? When do I have time to put this on? I wear my Sweet Sweat Belt every time I work out... These things..... I would say, oh I can't wear them today because I'm Strength Training (they move depending on the exercise), Oh not today because I'm running and then when I do something like Zumba... I forgot it at home!

I made this purchase because my friend raved about it. Well she and I are 2 different sizes. I'm a true to size 3x and it would not fit around my thighs. Which means I'll slim down into them but the arm ones fit my "bat wings"
