Buy with confidence! This protective case by Timecity is well made and was easy to install on my device with no problems. It fit perfectly! I use it in a high traffic area with many people using it every day and it has functioned just as described. It might feel a little chuncky or beefy at first but I know that my device is completely protected from any dust, fingerprints and scratches and best of all if it's accidentally dropped it will survive the impact and my investment. It feels great in the hands and the included hand grip strap in the back can be adjusted accordingly. The protective covering for the glass works great and provides another level of safety for my device. This is a great value for the price and would buy again if I needed to expand to more devices. You will not be disappointed. Everything is included in the box; strap, another face without the plastic protective face covering if you would rather use glass only. Overall amazing product that will not hurt the pocket book and yet provide peace of mind that my device is well protected. Thank you!

Extremely Well Made and Useful I switched from the Apple magic keyboard to the TimeCity iPad Pro Case because I work as a Design Consultant in impact window with Renewal by Andersen (parent company Andersen). In some instances, I would go into homeowners homes, and I would have to lay my iPad down on drywall dusted floors, leading to a dirty case. The next appointment might be in a beautiful home with expensive furniture, and I would put my dirty iPad down on these well-made beds, and I did not feel right about that. I really like this case because I can hang it from my neck when not using it and put it in my hand when I need to pick options for Windows. It’s a very good on the job case because it’s sturdy, it’s strong, and it is very practical. The magic keyboard is only good if you’re sitting in one place for long periods of time, it is not good for on the job use in my opinion. City has done a great job building this case. My daughter has a similar case that doesn’t hold water the way that this case does.

This case is absolutely fantastic. I purchased it with the attention of using it for work and it has proven to be the best edition I could’ve bought from my iPad at a recent fundraiser. It was easy to carry around with the shoulder strap as well as take payments and donations for our nonprofit. It was easy to switch from the shoulder strap to sliding your hand and the strap on the back to easily manage and type on with this case, you have zero worries of your iPad, being broken due to the building screen protector, and the extremely well-made rubber guard around the entire side and back, I recommend this case for anyone who is constantly on the go with their iPad. Further, it securely holds my Apple Pencil and allows it to charge with no risk of losing it. this case has a fantastic grip amazing functionality in a great feel.

I’ve only had this case for three weeks but I do like it. The case is durable, lots of extra protection on the corners, and the stand locks in at just the correct angel for reading. It did come with an extra screen protector (thank you) as I’m sure I will need it down the road. Only con is that the pencil holder and volume buttons are on the bottom when using the stand so it’s challenging access them.

I was a bit skeptical given that this is a cheaper case and the usual gold standard (I guess) of Otterbox seems to be 3x this price. Using this with a 3rd gen iPad Pro 12.9. I will admit to be pleasantly surprised at how usable this really is. Nice rubber corners and also rubber on the back edge so when holding the ipad it really grips well in your hand without slipping. The stand actually works really well and although takes a little more force than I anticipated to engage it/lock it, I’ve had no issues with it thus far. The buttons line up great with power and volume buttons, no mushy barely engaged feeling either. Direct press/click response, which is great. I enjoy the pencil holder as it allows the pencil to charge just like it would without a case on the ipad, but because it’s protected by the slot, there’s no more knocking it off while carrying the tablet around. I will say the build in screen protector is absolute junk. Don’t waste your time with that. Instead buy one of the plethora of tempered glass ones and put that on your tablet before installing the case. Which, btw, works just fine with or without a screen protector on the tablet (I tried it both ways). I’m currently running this with a screen protector form JETech. It’s not as easy to engage the upward swipe from the bottom edge (because the bulk of the case is close to the screen edge), but honestly that’s not been an issue in normal operation and I’d say I’m a very heavy ipad user throughout the day. Having said all that my biggest apprehension in going with a 3rd party case was with losing the builtin keyboard from the Apple case. I’m happy to report that it really hasn’t been an issue. I’m using an older apple bluetooth keyboard and the combo has been fantastic. I get a real keyboard, WITH AN ESCAPE KEY, and don’t have the bulk of a keyboard case when I want to use the tablet from my lap. I will admit that I’m not a heavy lap typer so using the tablet without a keyboard in that position isn’t a big deal. This case has been a great purchase thus far. Update: ============ I can verify that the case does its job well in protecting the iPad Pro 12.9. Had a drop from about 4 feet directly onto the top right hand corner of the tablet on hardwood floors. iPad survived beautifully, but the case cracked in a couple of places around that corner. Upon impact the tablet fell out! It was like the case just fell apart on impact like a car’s crumple zone. Yeah, ipad survived, but having the case “explode” off of the tablet upon impact was a little disturbing - which likely speaks to the lack of strength/quality of the snap together fitting used to sandwich the tablet. I still believe this is good value for the money as iPad Pro cases go.

My iPad Pro is a nice bit of tech. But it is so thin, and without a bezel, there was no way to handle it conveniently. I'm an artist. I want to take my iPad outdoors to capture and manipulate images that I can paint. This case is a bit spendy, so I looked at it for a long time before buying. Now that it is here and in use, I wish I had bought it earlier. I gave it 4 stars. It's great. I seldom give 5 for anything, so no worries or complaints.

This heavy duty case works perfectly for my iPad Pro, which is the 11 inch, M4, 2024, 5th Generation model. The instructional installation video provided by the seller made setting up the case easy. I have been using the iPad in the case for over a month now; it has been a great experience. I plan on buying from this seller in the future when I need some heavy duty device protection.
