I love the facts that they are cotton, and they do not irritate my nethers.The other aspects that I like is that they are not overabsorbent making them stick to my skin.One best thing is that they still absorb urine or discharge like advertised.LOVE THE FACT THAT I AM ABLE TO RIP THE SIDES!!!Other brands I have to use a pair of scissors to get them off.

I ordered these step-in briefs because I was concerned about the perfume in the Always Discreet briefs I've been using. I am 5'1" 155 lb woman with a stress incontinence issue. I've investigated other briefs which turned out to be too large and high absorbency, way more than necessary for me. The Organyc briefs size M fit as comfortably as the Always Discreet S/M ones, with adequate absorbency for my needs. It claims 100% organic cotton against the skin with "ph Activated odor control. They are a bit more expensive than Always (14/pkg), but well worth the satisfaction of not wearing something highly scented - which research on Always contains no assurances that the scent is not harmful. I like that Organyc briefs let me do away with those uncomfortable pads. They of course are not to be flushed but disposed of in our trash. Probably better for the environment than the more heavily padded Always Discreet.

Pros: they're made from cotton, they don't fall apart at the sides and the wadding doesn't break up and get lumpy. You can't tell I'm wearing them. They're very absorbent.CONS: They run a bit small, and they're prohibitively expensive.

Took a chance and am glad I did...does not stick in my skin, comfortable...They are true to size and definitely do the job....The only disappointment is the artificial fragrance which distracts. Why did they have to spoil a good thing? (since customers want as organic as possible). I will keep this product, but doubt whether more will be purchased since other organics do not have that bothersome fragrance..

I purchased these for my mother to use at night after surgery in case there were mobility issues causing a delay in reaching the rest room. The sizing fit well though they had a bit of a cheeky cut. As a backup for peace of mind they worked great. I would definitely recommend for this situation. She did not need them during the day so I can’t comment on how well they work for full-time daily use.

I HAVE PURCHASED 3 DIFFERENT VENDORS ADULT DIAPERS TO ELIMINATE CHANGING CLOTHES WHEN I REACH THE BATHROOM EVERY MORNING. THIS DIAPER IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. WHO NEEDS ORGANIC WHEN IT DOESN'T EVEN DO THE JOB? THEY WON'T STAY UP AND THE BACKIS TO SHORT PLUS IT LEAKS. ABSOLUTELY A NIGHTMARE.

I bought this because I have endometriosis and i have severely heavy periods this helps so in the morning our sheets aren't ruined. Plus I am allergic to depends or any other brand due to their additives and pulps etc. I have not had a rash or any issues with this underwear thank god. I also find they help as the endometriosis tends to put pressure on my bladder and at night it protects me. So im not sure as far as a full on bladder accident but i can tell you they work for my heavy period and occasional accident. I got the xl because it stretches a lot and doesnt press on my ovaries which causes more pain. Pleasantly surprised at the comfort level.

WHEN ORDERING THIS PRODUCT PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THE WOMEN'S XL DOES NOT COMPARE TO THE DEPENDS XL. WOULD HAVE ORDERED XXL IF HAD BEEN AVAILABLE. THE MATERIAL IS EXTREMELY SOFT & WOULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT IF THEY WOULD HAVE FIT BETTER. THE REMOVAL OF JUST TEARING THE SIDES IS A TERRIFIC IDEA.

My skin gets rashes very easily and these were the only things I could wear postpartum that didn’t irritate my skin. They are also VERY absorbent and EXTREMELY comfortable. I lived in these for the first few weeks postpartum and bought again when I ran out!!

Used for postpartum bleeding and worked really well, large size fit, comfortable, soft and no chemically smell upon sitting for length of time! Well worth the money!
