High pressure back cracker, possibly too much for someone with a bad back. If I feel like my upper back is out of alignment this thing will pop it back into alignment every time!

I love to lay my neck on this. Just laying on it for a few minutes a day is rather helpful.

Helpful for awhile but after it helped me out for only a few months, I moved on to better uses

My friend had one of these and said it helped them with their stiff neck. I have neck pain from being on a computer for work all the time. The first thing I loved about it was that it came in a cute box, so great for gift-giving. Just received it and my back already feels better! Great job on that. I plan to continue using it.3/5 star though for one reason, garbage sticker placed INSIDE the product. Not a sticker for you to place somewhere, a pre-placed sticker, in the product.Your company name is already embossed in the foam on the outside of the product, that makes sense. If the label or company emblem was embossed inside the plastic, I could understand that. Why would you have someone take a completed product, that already has a visible logo, and put a crappy sticker inside it as well where no one would look? That literally doesn't make any sense.A sticker for a customer to put on something? That would have been cute, but instead you pre-placed one of those garbage stickers that leaves residue that never really comes off? What? Why? What is the reason?After re-reviewing the product images, I see the sticker now, but originally assumed that was just a graphic choice while editing photos. I now realize my error.I realize how asinine this review is, but someone at your company somewhere also made an asinine decision to pre-place a branded sticker inside of a product, one that can't even be removed easily on the 4" roller, one that no one will ever see. But I saw it, and I hate these types of stickers, the kind that just rip off, leaving streaks of remaining sticker that never truly comes off.For sticker placement and type, you get a 0/5 stars.

I got the smallest available option. It releases tension like crazy. I hear so many cracks in my back every time I use it. I use it daily.It’s only gotten easier to maintain better posture with this. It does its job quickly as long as it’s used correctly and carefully. I remember at first I ended up hurting myself due to not using it properly.
