Effective and durable
I've used this since 2000. It has performed well, removing everything but hard ice, while leaving no scratches whatsoever.Although the blade is somewhat like Styrofoam, it is surprisingly durable. Handle length is sufficient for my Jeep hardtop and pickup.

Keep's unscrewing
Needs to have a locking system so it doesn't unscrew as you use it, otherwise it works fine.

These Are Great!
My old one, different brand, that I had for many years was broken by someone that borrowed it. It was the adjustable kind and they bent the handle. Then it came apart, probably because it was adjustable and actually more than one piece. But it lasted for years. This one looks to be sturdier probably because it's not adjustable but I don't mind that. They are the greatest things to have when it snows. They making getting snow off the car a breeze. I rarely see anyone else using one and that is a mystery to me since they are so great. I love them. Best money I ever spent! I've already used it twice and I'm sure it will last many, many years. Fast shipment and fast delivery.

Must have in New England
Snow removal from the roof of cars, including SUVs & vans, can be difficult. You also will be fined if you don’t remove snow since it can fly into a car driving behind you & obstruct their view, potentially causing an accident. This device works great to remove snow!

Sturdy
This product is as described. The important points for me are that the head does not pivot when I am using it. The part where the pole screws into the foam brush is metal so it seems stronger. An important feature to note is that the handle is one solid piece of metal, it cannot be broken down into smaller parts so might not be easy to store in a small car or space. I have a bad ankle so I found this solid pole to be helpful because I can use it for stability like a walking stick.

Product Initially Meets Expectations
I have not have a chance to use yet, as we've had no more snow yet. I can only review on appearance at this time.I received on time, as promised. It is easy to put together, pole just screws into foam rectangular pad, and the pad doesn't move any once assembled-seems very stable.DP
