I really like this ashwaganda. It makes me less stressed, has no effect on my stomach, and I think it may be helping my sleep quality. It could have more value for the money but overall I think it’s great quality and I would recommend it!

Quite possibly the best thing to happen to me. My doctor was wanting to prescribe antidepressants for a nerve condition.I did some research on Ashwaghanda, and it’s affects on the nervous system. Game changer!!I did have some at home, however, it hadn’t seemed to change anything.I again did some research and some digging around on various sites before landing on Amazon and found this one.My experience has been this non coated tablet is more easily absorbed than the gelcap ones I had tried before. Only takes 30min or so to feel the effects.I take 2 in the morning and the third one before bed!!This has helped my overall mood, my nerves to calm down and even helped my sex drive. I would highly recommend anyone to take this, if even just to reduce stress!!100% recommend!

Duermo mis 8 horas diarias aparte se me quitó el dolor de cuello y espalda que tenía por tensión o estrés aparte me da mucha energía todo el día trato de tomarme una por la mañana después de mi almuerzo y una por la noche es mi tercer bote que compro…No tengo ningún problema para tragarlas el sabor es nulo y me hace efecto entre 30 a 45 minutos después de tomarla. Mi piel a cambiado así que estoy Feliz!

The pill itself is a little large not the best taste however the benefits are great and I will continue to use and have used for the past 4 months

I just threw the bottle in the trash. I've had nothing but problems since taking this supplement. At first, I thought it was my imagination, but the only thing that's changed in my life id starting these pills, so I out 2 and 2 together.This supplement caused digestive issues, a poor mood, heart palpitations and kick started my cycle for a second time this month. Which never has happened previous to my taking this supplement. I would proceed with extreme caution as ashwagandha has an effect on women's hormones apparently
