Great for NEW Arabic language readers of ANY age
I bought this book, along with several others from this series, to help ease me into basic Arabic language reading. As with many early reader series, books are graded according to difficulty, number of words, etc., and this title is in the most basic level. The font is large (which I desperately need as an Arabic reading noob!) and full diacritics (short vowels/vocalization) are included. This book does NOT offer a super-exciting story but introduces basic useful vocabulary (entirely in Arabic, with no transliteration or translation), some useful repetition, and really great color illustrations. I'm a middle-aged professor and for my purposes as an adult learner of Arabic, this book (and others I've bought in the series) offers a nice break from textbook dialogues, giving the opportunity for additional practice and the chance to progressively build reading skills in the Arabic language. In comparison to similar "early reader" books I've encountered in English and Spanish, this is superbly done.شكراً

The End.
The Arabic is useful but really it's not a story as much as a chronicle of what the kid is wearing for school, piece by piece and then climaxes when mom finds out he forgot to put on his socks. The end. Toddlers will enjoy it but not older kids.

Kids will learn nothing from this book!
Nothing at all.
