Do I need to be concerned about keeping my garbage disposal? I'm getting rid of the double sink.

No. You can use your old disposal you’ll more than likely have to change out the plumbing to accomodate a single drain. If you are not handy I would suggest having a plumber do this

What size pipe or tube do i need for this?

This sink and strainer have the standard 3-1/2" opening. Your pipe size is attached to your wall. That's something your plumber takes care of. Thank you Sylvia
