You cannot apply this as is
I was expecting to be able to quickly use this ..its just glitter .no adhesive.for $10 it should of included some eye primer.Not purchasing again

Loose glitter
Cool glitter, I've only tried it once since I bought it. It sticks pretty good. As with all other glitter it comes off onto your face, but that's expected. It's kind of hard to apply because it's loose glitter and it gets everywhere.
