The oled is slightly bigger than the original switch so it won't fit properly

Not a Nintendo official one that’s for sure. I made that mistake. They’re built to fit the console only. Best getting a small gaming travel bag I’ve seen them about

If I do not use the dock to charge, can I charge using a plug in wire whilst this case is still on? And does it include tempered glass screen?

Yes you can plug it in and charge without issue and no it does not come with tempered glass to cover the screen, I had to buy mine seperate
