After arthroscopic knee surgery, it was recommended to ice my knee several times a day. This item was flexible enough to wrap across my knee without additional stress. The velcro allows for comfortable sizing. I used a light kitchen towel at first because it was super cold. It maintains temperature for quite awhile and easily refreezes. The material is easy to clean and has worked well since that time.

I have a knee injury and I bought 2 of these . I dont bother with the straps, but they are easy to use if you want to. I just kick my legs up and put one over my knee. I actually just put mine in my very cold fridge and they are flexible enough to cover my knee comfortably. I love these because they are very large and can really be used anywhere you would need one. I havent tried heating it in the microwave, but the way these are made and the high quality materials make me believe they would be excellent .

Bought this for my occasional knee pain. Love the fact I can velcro it to my knee and it stays in place even if I get up and move around. Stays cold for at least an hour to an hour and a half before having to refreeze. It’s a great value and works well; it’s sizable and easy to apply to the knee and it seems to be quite durable.

Love this product better than my ice maker. It freezes fast, fits and easy to strap on, perfect for total knee replacement surgery patients. buy two and rotate them

Ice really works for my knee pain better than heat. This wrap is a bit difficult to get on and made comfortable. I place a thin towel between it and my knee for comfort. It does not stay cold as long as I would like.

These are Great Ice packs with strong velcro straps that keep the packs secured to your knee(s) which allows you to walk around with the packs strapped to your knees. The inside material is nice, soft & very comfortable when its touching your skin. The ice pack wrap did its job icing my knee after replacement surgery. It isn’t bulky. It was comfortable to wear. The only issue is the Velcro has gotten a little weak after 3 weeks of daily wear and is looking for a fix.

I bought this for my daughter to use on her left knee. She likes that it has straps and stays in place when she walks around the house while she’s icing her knee. Her other ice pack just lays in place on her knee, so she can’t move around with it on. Very good product.
