इस्तेमाल में आसान, काफी दृढ़ और पैसा वसूल मशीन . कुछ कमियों को दूर करने की जरूरत होगी. Value for money and sturdy. Remote is cheap and sometimes malfunctions. Resistance band attachment require to be better , as it makes noise during exercise. Wide plate so that one could spread the legs in comfortable position. Frequency of vibration plate could be increased to 200 vibration per second which is adequate on higher side. It reduces weight or not ,can not be said but certainly gives a refreshing feel after 10 minutes of excercise. It is preprogrammed for 5 modes of vibration , but one could use the remote for changing the Frequency of vibration as per his requirement. Quality of machine with respect to supply cord, remote , etc is average. But machine serves its purpose well . Top of plate has pointed protrusions for massaging effect.however these are uncomfortable for palms when we try to massage our hands and shoulders. While operating it does make a faint noise. Overall a good vibration plate.
