Perfect for when you're craving Chinese food! I stir fried some veggies and chicken, added the sauce and done. Quick, easy and delicious. I will purchase again.

This sauce is not terrible, but it does not taste anything like the restaurant version. There is almost no sweetness to this, it tastes saltier, and there is far more heat. I love the tangy sweet sauce you get at the restaurant, but this barely resembles it. I will not buy it again. The copy cat recipe I found that uses pineapple juice as the base is far closer to the real thing and actually tastes good.

Do not prepare this as described on the package. First, cube the chicken and cut the onions. Place a little oil in the pan and cook the chicken but not quite done. Remove the chicken from the pan but leave the oil and brown in the pan. Add more oil and saute the onions. Be sure to salt them. When the onions are getting good and brown, add the chicken then stir in the sauce. Cook until the sauce begins to thicken and coat the chicken. It turns out 100 times better this way. The sauteed onions complement the sauce much better. We prepare some ramen noodles without any other sauce and add those when we add the PF Chang sauce. The sauce will slightly soak into the noodles. This is delicious and the aroma fills the house.

I've never been to Chang's so had no reference as far as their idea of spicy.I have personally resided within the "burrito belt" (Texas, New Mexico, Arizona and California) my entire life and was expecting more "spicy" like it advertised.It was spicier than a sweet &sour but not very much.

This sauce is amazing and my "Asian Fusion Dinners" at home are just perfect. I add chicken and some scallion on brown rice and it is simply fantastic. I am always sure to have few packets in my pantry because this product is solving so many "What are we having for dinner? Should we order something in????". For a fraction of the cost you can get the better option. Give it a try because you will be surprised!

The sauce is delicious. Not quite the same as the restaurants but then I don't have an open flame wok to cook with. My only comment is that it easily serves 4-6 people. If it's just the two of you, save half of the bag without heating it so you can enjoy it again next week.

This is a go to sauce for our family when we want a fool-proof Asian meal at home. I add fresh pineapple, water chestnuts, fresh broccoli, bell peppers, onions & serve it over rice. It creates an easy & filling meal in very little time and tastes great.
