This product is perfect for a small business. It is a bit confusing to set up at first, but once you get it figured out its easy. The reports are perfect and easy to read. The time adjustments can be a bit confusing at first. When the shift goes past midnight it does a weird thing with punch out, it asks if it is a new day punch or something like that. It has made my life with payroll much simpler.

PROS:- Affordable- Relatively easy setup- You can add a 'manager' user which has administrative rights (contrary to a prior reviewer's comments). I contacted support and they responded within 24 hours- Excellent supportCONS:- Cannot view passwords while typing them- Only provides reports in pdf format, no other, such as an export to csv. So it's not possible to integrate this with payroll software.

This product is not as easy to use as we have been led to believe - the top portion of the time clock itself has been cut off and cannot be accessed.

The weekly report does not print all the days, just the most recent. If someone could please respond as to why that is happening, it would be greatly appreciated. If that works, this would get a 5 as it did take a little bit to understand how to get everything set up, but is pretty easy once installed. However, if I can't see the reports and hours, it doesn't do much good.Thank you

This program is exactly as discribed. It's nothing fancy, just a simple on screen key pad. Being able to print TnA reports immediately and stop reading time cards has saved me at least an hour on payroll. I just finished my second payroll since switching over and I am so grateful to have it. At first I was skeptical about the product because it was new to Amazon so I called the company and spoke directly with one of the software writers and he assured me if there were any issues, he would deal with them direct and solve it. This program is easily worth more money to me. At this price I figured I have nothing to lose plus buying on Amazon I know returns would be simple . I wish they made another that also tracks sales for commission.

This is a very buggy system. Keeps giving error messages when employees attempt to clock in or out and will not cancel when prompt says cancel, will not give help when help prompt is selected. We have tried installing this product twice and it still comes up with a variety of error messages.we are looking for another product and returning this one.

I’ve recently just purchased this product for my cosmetology school , it’s works perfectly and i would definitely recommend and purchase again. The customer service alone is a reason to do business with this company again. I’m not tech savvy at all and all my concerns were answered. They were able to download everything on my computer for me . I’m100% satisfied
