Great Value
This is a great knife for under $30.PROS:- Perfect lock up- Smooth roller action- G10 is nicely finished and feels like higher-end micartaCONS:- Did not arrive as sharp as some competitors- Nothing special or excitingThis gem by Petrified Fish rivals the quality of knives that cost >$100 a decade ago. (Note: it is manufactured in China.) I accidentally grabbed it the day it arrived in place of my usual folder and it spent a day working on my farm with me. It was solid, sharp and performed great. Compared to <$30 folders, the D2 steel is not as nice as my Ruike with 14c28n steel and the blade size-to-handle and geometry is not as nice as my Ganzo Firebird. However, the pocket clip is stronger than the Ganzo's (which I have broken twice) and the fit and finish is better than m Ruike. (I've given 3 Ruike's as gifts and the quality varies.)Overall, you can't go wrong with this as a beater knife. It needs some sharpening out of the box but performs like D2 always does once sharpened.

My ultimate EDC knife
I've bought a lot of knives over the last 20 - 30 years looking for the perfect EDC blade and I finally found it in the Petrified Fish.Pros:D2 steel, holds an edge, strong, yet easy to touch upG10 handle will go through hell and still look goodTip down configuration w included pocket clipQuick one handed deployment via slick ball bearing flipperEasy one handed unlock and fold back upPerfect blade length 3.5 inReally striking and beautiful design I'm proud to pull out and useReasonable price! The best thing about this knife and the reason it goes everywhere I go is the slick ball bearing pivot which makes it easy to deploy the blade, much easier than any other flipper knife I've tried. And I've tried a lot. Also, the lock does not require a herculean effort to push the metal tab in to unlock the blade. Finally, an EDC knife that is so easy to deploy and put away that I no longer hesitate to use it. And its a great price!I'm grabbing another one as backup before they become so popular that the price shoots up.

Super Surprised!!!
Okay. I'm going to start this off by saying that I was quite hesitant to purchase this knife. I liked the looks of it, but was very unsure about it's build quality. I'm not going to lie, the manufacturer's name didn't exactly get me all excited, but that is probably from years and years of buying knives from the big name knife makers, which will get you in the poor house in short order. Anyway, after a whole lot of back and forth, and also advisement after watching a video review about this brand and style on YouTube from 704 Gear(704 Tactical), I took the plunge. Boy was I surprised! This knife was carefully and thoughtfully packaged, and shipped very quickly. As soon as it was delivered to my doorstep, I hurried out and gathered up my quarry like a hungry squirrel to a canister of nuts. This blade is incredible! It comes nice and sharp, although I touched it up to my liking. The blade swings out quite smoothly and locks with a very nice, satisfying "click." Trust me when I say, you'll be flipping this thing open and closing it without even thinking about it! The blade is made of D2 tool steel, so it should hold an edge quite well. It has good, but not aggressive jimping, and blade centering is on par with higher end knives. Overall, I have nothing to complain about. If you have been on the fence about buying one of these to add to your collection or edc rotation, take it from me. This is WELL WORTH the money and I doubt that you'll be disappointed.

Good Budget Knife
Good all around knife. Can't go wrong with D2 steel. Detent is good, blade is almost fall shut. Carbon fiber inlay is done nicely and doesn't look cheap. Enjoy the way the top swedge on the blade falls and follows the fiber insert. Flipper tab is a good size and has enough jumping to use both the light switch and push button technique. My only complaints are these- I hate the clip. It works well, but it looks cheap and doesn't fit the knife esthetics. A Ti clip on this model would look fantastic! The other is the designers name displayed on the clip, a small thing, but again, takes away from the overall look. The last is the backspace. It is proud, and again, looks like it belongs on a tactical blade. A smooth, flush spacer out of a contrasting G10 or other material would take this piece to a 10.

Great knife.
I have a lot of knives from benchmade, spyderco, kershaw, and Civivi. This knife is the best knife in this price range hands down. Love the ergonomics, flips with little to no effort, and almost drop shut out of the box. Nested liners, and a pocket clip that Civivi should take notes on. It could be a tad bit sharper out of the box, but a light touch up got this where it needs to be. Cutting edge is larger than my PM2 and it sits in the pocket a lot nicer. I’ll update this about edge retention if I have issues, but day two, this knife is unbelievable out of the box.My only criticism: The back spacer. If this knife had an aluminum backspace it would be literally unmatched in the price range. The plastic backspaces is bulky and takes away from the knife’s aesthetic, but I can live with that for the price. D2 isn’t the best, but for an EDC at this price it’s worth it.9/10 would recommend over the praxis or any knife in this market space.
