If you don’t care about customer service buy it
The machine is heaven but the customer care is worse than Samsung. Now decide. I wouldn’t buy a Kenwood again

Great product. Poor service.
Was working great while it worked until the motor got shorted. But the experience of getting it serviced is very poor.After repeatedly trying to get a service technician assigned for over a month I finally managed to get one assigned.They don’t seem to have the option of service centres in Bangalore where we can just take the machine over to, or if they do they seem almost impossible to locate.I would recommend staying away from buying.
