I expect this is a excellent product. I used it to attempt to clean the head of a very old Epson R300. It cleared 4 colours perfectly unfortunately it failed on 2 colours. I gave up after the continuous head cleaning was eating up ink cartridges. On a newer printer I am sure it would be great.

Turned o our Epson XP970 after a few weeks out of use, and it delivered the worst prints in the world. A nozzle test showed two colours missing, and the Powerclean function failed to restore them even after a couple of cycles. Enter this kit. Simply tell the printer you wish to replace the ink cartridges and it positions the print head where you need it. Pop out all 6 ink cartridges and you have perfect access. First put some absorbent towel under the print head. Then draw up some cleaning solution into the provided syringe, and flush the print head with the help of a short length of tubing included in the kit. Dried ink is dissolved and caught in the absorbent towel. I dried off the cleaning solution with some cotton-buds, then replaced the cartridges and ran a nozzle check. This refilled the print head. Ten minutes work and our printer is 100% back to normal. Excellent kit, worth every penny.

Perfect for cleaning the print heads on my Epson ET-2850 ecotank i made the mistake of not printing a weekly colour sheet to stop the ink drying in the nozzle heads and when i went to print with yellow i had no yellow at all. I purchased this print head cleaner hoping it would solve my problem. I used the recommended 10ml on the yellow inkjet and it worked a treat and saved me a lot of money in the long run. The instructions were easy to follow and now my print quality is as if i had just brought a new printer. I will probably use this now to flush the jets every 6 months hoping to extend the life of my printer. Great product highly recommend if you have an ecotank I would also state I only use Epson Genuine Inks in my machine.

Unfortunately it didn't work for my Epson ET2750 but it may be something else is wrong with my printer and no reflection on this cleaner.

Print head cleaner kit received in time promised. Worked well, but sadly my printer was faulty and I had to get a new one

Used to clear loss of blue colour on my Epsom ET 2810. Fiddly to use as the tube is difficult to attach to the prin̈ter head. Needs a larger syringe, 20 mlitre would be easier to handle and operate. The 5mlitre one supplied is too small.
