Very well made and strong clamps. I bought these to replace some of my aging clamps and wish I'd done it sooner. The quick release system makes it so easy to use. I'll certainly buy more.

I bought these clamps wanting something a little stronger than the Irwin type of quick bar clamp. This clamp proved to be much stronger in use although I would suggest that these are medium duty clamps. The quick release system is fast in use and well designed. The screw used to tighten the clamp is far more effective than the squeeze grip type of clamp closure.I also think these represent good value for this jaw opening size. I had tried to research a number of clamps including, Bessey and Irwin. Overall, for the price I paid (£9 per clamp when bought in twin packs) and features as well as strength of construction, I give the Jorgensen clamp the top marks. As a general DIY/hobbyist clamp for medium duty, I believe they represent great value. They came in boxes marked "Made in China" and I had expected them to say "Made in USA" where Jorgensen were based. The Pony/Jorgensen company went out of business about 7 ~ 8 years ago and was purchased by a Chinese business. They have obviously kept all of the machine tooling and designs and so they are producing good quality clamps in my estimation. At the price I paid, I do not think you will be a disappointed if you have ordinary woodworking needs.

Great. Accidently bought 4, not realising 2 in each box but this was a positive outcome as I had immediate use for them. Solid and working well. Only niggle is the grip on the handle when trying to tighten them isn't so good. A wider grip or a hole to put a screwdriver through the handle would help, but it's a minor thing.

Great little clamps, used them for all sorts. They have a strong gripping force and very easy to use and adjust.

Great quality, 100% would buy again. Very easy to use, remember to unscrew before using the quick release or it won’t open.

I’m always surprised when I read reviews about 300mm (30cm) clamps when people say that they are ‘smaller than expected’.These 300mm clamps are - err - 300mm between the jaws and they are absolutely top notch! Very sturdy clamps with great clamping power and easy to adjust. The engineering quality is excellent and I will definitely be getting some more when I can afford them. There are cheaper ones out there (I have some) but you definitely get what you pay for when it comes to quality hand tools. These are worth the extra couple of quid.
