Easy, moist, tasty, good texture...
Going through an elimination diet is, frankly, depressing. I'm sick of food - the planning, preparing, eating, storing, looking at... it's become so tedious. But these were a delightful treat. I bought one pouch to try out the recipe with no bells or whistles or add-ins. Just what was listed to get a feel for the base I was working with. It's good, if a teensie bit simple, but perfect for modifications. The next one I bought, I added in the zest of one orange and a little more than a 1/3 cup of dried cranberries.BOOM. Fabulous.I used fractionated avocado oil (avocado shortening) as my oil, and after portioning out 12x 1 inch balls, I flattened them down to about 1cm (since they don't spread much in the oven). 10 minutes later, I had perfectly moist 3inch cranberry orange foatmeal cookies.

A-mazing!!! Thank you GANGSTER for making such an amazing product. Living an AIP lifestyle gets draining really quickly. This AIP friendly sugar cookie mix is SO easy, SO fast, and SO delicious! Especially fresh out of the oven. I couldn’t have stumbled upon a better find. It checks all the boxes when I want a dessert. I cannot wait to try their other products!

Amazing AIP treat
Years ago, I cried because I was too Busy and exhausted to find all the ingredients and mix them up and experiment to make me a treat. Fast forward six years later here I am drinking my AIP coffee and craving a treat that won’t wreck my healing to go with my coffee. About 20 minutes later, I have these delicious homemade cookies. I was too lazy to use the warmed maple syrup. I just threw it all together with extra-virgin olive oil. I topped off with a generous amount of cinnamon and baked. Voilà… A sugar cookie was born. It was pretty flipping close to a regular sugar, cookie: fluffy, sweet and amazing. I would love to see the ingredients be organic at the cost of this mix. Hopefully consumer sales will go up to drive the price down and increase the quality of the ingredients to organic- then this would remain the same cost if it went organic.

Animal cookies
I am in a gluten free low histamine diet and I was able to eat these cookies without issue! I used coconut oil instead of avocado oil due to an avocado allergy. They came out tasting very similar to those animal cookies I ate as a kid from the store. We made our own frosting and after adding it to the cookies they tasted like those pink and white frosted circus animal cookies! Very yummy!

Good product
This is the only AIP diet packaged mix that I really love. I add chopped dates or raisins

Use less oil, more maple syrup, low histamine friendly!, great texture, too expensive $1.25/cookie
Great for a Low histamine diet, strict phase even! I did not have a reaction. The oil amount is way too high though. I tried using coconut oil and had to use a lot less to create the dough texture theyre saying it is to where you can roll it and slice it. So add the oil last and add only a little at a time til its the right consistency. They rec avocado oil so maybe use that instead. Not sweet enough tbh. Add more maple syrup or coco sgar. This mix hasnt really been vetted much they must be a new company. Need some feedback for version 2 or 3.Also be careful w the bake time. They dont look done and might need an extra minute or two. They still wont look done tho but theyll harden as they cool. Chewy texture so thats awesome! Dont roll the bottom w sugar as it will burn the bottom of the cookie. Take the cookie out only when it gas slightly browned on the top.The price is too high. $1.25 a cookie. Id buy the mix again but since price is so high Ill just buy the ingredients and make the mix myself.

Delicious
I couldn't stop eating them. Even the uncooked batter was delicious. They turned out perfect. I froze some so I wouldn't eat them all!

WOW real a oatmeal cookie without the grains!
I loved the recipe, so simple to make and soo yummy. I've been on an AIP/Paleo diet for 14 years and I kind of missed having cookies so glad I found this. It was a little pricey, so I bought their tigernut flour and sliced tigernuts and plan on making these again from scratch. I love that you can choose your syrup, I did use a little less of the maple syrup then what was called for, but you could use keto maple syrup or yacon syrup and not have any of the sugar issues. Also prefer my oatmeal cookie with raisons over chocolate chips and you could use chopped dates or pecans etc. , whatever rocks your boat, love that flexability!Thank you to who ever came up with this it was perfect!
