So excited to put this to use!
This is my first foray into composting, and I'm really excited to get started. I like the tumbling, dual chamber design of this model, and I think the size will be perfect for my household. When I first opened the box, I thought the individual plastic pieces seemed a bit flimsy, but by the time I had it fully assembled I was very pleased with the finished product. All pieces fit together seamlessly, and the unit has a nice balance between being sturdy but also lightweight. It also looks nice, for now (though months of sitting in my backyard might make the plastic fade or warp, though I don't really need it to be pretty, I need it to do its job).I see mixed reviews regarding assembly. I found it very easy to assemble, but if you are struggling or worried, here are a few notes... (1) Some of the small nut and bolt sets require you to hold the nuts in a very limited amount of finger space. I have small fingers so this wasn't a problem for me, but if you are having a hard time I would recommend having a small socket wrench available. (2) At first glance, it seems like the middle divider should fit snuggly against the outer panels, but if you pay attention to line up the arrows, you will see that it deliberately leaves a small triangular gap at each panel. I believe this feature must allow for better air flow through the unit. Once you accept that this is part of the design, the divider panel is easy to place and work around. (3) The first panel you put into place is the one with doors, and then you place the remaining seven identical panels. I suggest working around the barrel in one direction, so the very last panel you place is next to the door panel. If you work in both directions, the last panel you place will be on the opposite side of the barrel from the doors, making it very difficult to place the last bolts without the help of a second person to hold the nuts from the inside. (Unless you have very long arms with more joints than the average human being.) (4) There are two long bolts used to attach the cross bar to the frame on the very last step. These bolts are slightly larger around and have matching nuts that are slightly larger as well (though they look the same at first glance). For some reason, these nuts are just mixed loosely in with all the smaller ones, so when you come across them and they don't fit the smaller bolts, set them aside for the final step. The set comes with a small screwdriver which I found adequate enough for the small bolts, but I used a set of pliers to hold the nuts for these larger bolts because I was having trouble getting them to secure by hand.As a final note, I noticed that one of the two sliding doors has a small embossed plus sign on it. I think the intent is to use this door to designate which side of the composter you are actively adding material to, since you should alternate sides every six weeks or so. When the six week period is up, you would simply slide both doors out and swap their positions. I think this is a neat feature, but the plus sign doesn't really stand out much, so I painted mine with some green enamel paint to make it more obvious.Obviously, it will take several months of practical use to really get an idea of how well this thing will work. But I'm very excited to try it out!

Good Composter. Tough to put together
Composter works great now that it it put together. The assembly was difficult, but not impossible. Just very tedious with all of the screws and nuts. It is very sturdy once assembled and hold up to a full load of compost.

Good Quality but some assembly tips
Overall, I am satisfied with the product and price! Assembly wasn't the easiest but here are some tips I found.Do not secure more than one panel at a time, is assembling alone. I tried this, only screwing in the bottom corner screws, so I wouldn't have to squeeze the new panels under the previous one, but my arms did not reach around to screw and hold the nut in place at the same time. Stick to the single panel and secure every screw before inserting the new panel.I did not want to sit on the floor, so after the 4th panel and the center divider, I went ahead and secured the pole and stand. This allowed me to have it elevated while I sat on a chair, and to just rotate the bin for each new panel. The 2 long screws attaching the stand to the center poke, did not budge with the screwdriver provided. I racket wrench was necessary. You will notice a gap in the plastic center divider, even though following the arrow direction... this is necessary for air flow.

Nice Bin and Hopeful
This is a nice compost bin for the money! A bit tedious to assemble, but not too bad. I am a bit concerned whether the legs can take the weight as the compost matures, but that will take time to see. I like having the two chambers in the bin. I am hopeful for this non lasting me a good while!

Between 3-4 stars
This is definitely pretty low end. Build quality is low. I believe this will mostly hold up because it’s plastic but it came with some pieces a bit bend/warped already. The two screws that hold the tumbler on the stand are a bit long and since the nuts for those are lock nuts it’s a bit awkward. I might swap at least the nuts for those. The assembly is pretty straight forward- at least if you were ever a poor kid that has to assemble and then reassemble ikea furniture. The instructions are not great but I found it relatively intuitive.

Great purchase
I absolutely love this composter. Prior to buying this I had a pile that was always out of control and in need of too much attention. This system is not as large BUT it is so easy to use. Buy it. The seller was extremely helpful when UPS lost my package. They sent a new one out immediately. They were great. Note, it might be easier during the beginning stages of assembly to have an extra set of hands. Not necessary, but helpful. Garden well my friends.

Needs work and don’t forget the worms!
Pros:Does what it is suppose to do—make compost.Cons:Difficult to spin when more than half full as it is heavy and there is no handle. Plus the contents drip out of the seams so you likely aren’t going to want to touch it to rotate without gloves. Not enough airflow inside so it gets too hot if placed in a sunny location. This might be good in cooler climates or cool months, but in the summer you need to keep it in shade or risk killing your worms. (Photo taken early morning, coolest time of day, when ambient temperature is high 70s. When sun hits bin it will increase 15-20 degrees)It’s annoying to put together and will take 30 minutes to do so. The center divider was especially annoying. Instructions can be written a lot more helpful.Size is smaller than you might think once you start using it regularly, even for the two of us.Buyer suggestion:Get lots of worms (2,000 or more) to make decomposition faster so food breaks down more quickly which adds space inside. Otherwise it will probably fill up fast.
