I purchased this book new and this is what I got. The book is ripped and dirty.

I'm still having difficulty accessing the online resources.

Oh you want to learn about Very-Long Instruction-Word Processor (which isn't important but someone thinks it is) or literally ANYTHING else? The index will not let you learn more. Don't buy this book. But also, don't get a CompTIA certificate. Your life is difficult now.

Kindle Read Aloud does not show up on any of my devices despite the book showing "Text-to-Speech ‏ : ‎ Enabled" in the details section.
