I have fibromyalgia and have tried various prescription and non-drug therapies through the years to help. One of the symptoms that bothers me the most is whenever I lay down, my bladder spams very intensely giving me a lot of pain and making sleep quite difficult. I was talking to one of my relatives who is in chronic pain for different reasons and she said she has been using Young Living essential oils for her own pain and suggested it might help me too. I asked for her recommendation as to what oil may help with my bladder pain and she lent me some of her Valor essential oil to try. Right away, I was sleeping much better. I only get up once a night now to go to the restroom. Anyone with Overactive Bladder will tell you that if you can get this kind of relief for your symptoms, it is pretty amazing. I apply the oil to my bladder area and the arches of me feet twice daily (once around mid-day and once before bed).I still use a prescription medicine for my bladder pain. The Valor doesn't rid me completely of my symptoms. But it has helped so well, I've been quite impressed.Something to keep in mind with essential oils is just because you hear of a certain oil working for someone else that has the same health condition as you, it may not work the same on you. You do tend to have to do a little experimenting to find out what oil or oils works best for you. What I've noticed is that an essential oil will either help you immensely right away or will do nothing for you but they have no side effects so it isn't too much of a gamble. Valor is one of Young Living's most popular essential oils and has helped a lot of people with chronic pain for a variety of reasons.I highly recommend Valor. I went in kind of skeptical and was amazed at how well it has worked for me. And like I said, I don't have any of the annoying side effects from using the oil. So if you are a chronic pain sufferer, this essential oil is worth a try.

This oil was recommended to me by my chiropractor for snoring. Works great! Put on your temples and bottom of your feet.

There are many oils that suggest, by their name, certain properties or effects. And many of these are more fanciful than efficacious. Valor, however, seems to be aptly named. I was first introduced to it by a yoga instructor who recommended a few drops of the oil applied to the soles of one's feet to help transition through or past a difficulty, especially if one were having difficulty mustering the requisite courage. I tried it, and experienced a subtle but significant restoration of the inner powers. This is an expensive blend -- Blue Tansy is almost as rare as pure essential Rose oil -- but it last for years, if used sparingly and kept in a cool place. I find the scent invigorating, as if Heaven and Earth had each contributed their best. It reminds me of John Barnes's description of the Wine of the Gods and its uses for bolstering the spirit.

Excellent pure product with Young Living, only the finest ingredients used. I use this every day.

Geraniums is the scent coming across the most for me; I honestly don't detect any others, but I am not complaining too much as it's one of my very favorite scents!
