Delivery was great, it's just that I only just got around ...
I'm very excited to finally be using the product. Delivery was great, it's just that I only just got around to using them. With the first use, please believe me, I could tell the difference. The shedding decreased and has now stopped, my hair is soft, it feels healthy and there is no build up. I have color in my hair and the shampoo worked great, leaving my hair feeling subtle, soft and I could easily run the comb through it. The previous sulfate-free shampoo I was using left my hair feeling brittle and it was hard to comb through. I'm very pleased with the price point, product and customer service at this time. Thank you.

Incorrect Items
I read several reviews for the product and was excited to try the products. However, my order came incorrect. I received multiple shampoos and no conditioner. It came leaking because the top was completely unscrewed. Attempts to reach out to the company for the correction and no one sought to address it. It would be nice to try the conditioner.

It a good price. My scalp feels ok its not irritated ...
I have relaxed hair. And this has made my hair so soft! The foam wrap didnt make my hair hard or dry/flaky/itchy because i put alot to mold my hair down. The smell isnt overbearing. It a good price. My scalp feels ok its not irritated or dry... YET. But my hair is shiny and so soft with volume. Once i run out I will order some more.

Love this stuff its amazing for my transitioning hair but ...
Love this stuff its amazing for my transitioning hair but it hasn’t been lasting long for me. Not sure if I’m not used to using a concentrated product but that’s the only negative for me.

Worth the money
First time trying this brand and all I can say is that this product is the Truth!!!!! After one protein treatment my hair has done a complete 360. It is now Soft and shiny as before it was very hard and brittle. Love this product.

Restored my damaged hair
I recently relaxed and colored my hair and was concerned about breakage. For the past month or so I've used the products in this Kit and my hair looks/feels great. No breakage!
