I've been using the LEVN Bluetooth 5.0 Wireless Headset since 2023 for my work-from-home job, and it's easily one of the best tech purchases I've made.The noise cancelling is phenomenal—during a time when there was active construction in my office, my coworkers could only hear me speaking. None of the banging, drilling, or background chaos came through. I also take calls on the go, especially during after-school pickups, and still—no background noise is picked up. It's incredibly reliable.Battery life is another huge win. It easily lasts through even a 12-hour day without needing a recharge. The mute button is well-placed and easy to find by touch, which is a thoughtful and practical design. And whether I’m on a call, listening to audiobooks, or playing music while I work, the sound quality is excellent.The only thing I wish for is the option to buy replacement ear muff covers (the leather-type material has worn over time, which is expected after 2 years of daily use). The headset itself still works like new, so it feels wasteful to have to replace the whole thing for just a worn-out cover.Highly recommended! I've suggested this headset to multiple friends and family members, and I’ll keep doing so. It’s been a game-changer for my productivity and peace of mind.

Great buy! I use for work and even when on my cell phone. Sound quality is excellent. Super easy to connect and disconnect and nice charge life if you are like me and on calls all day. I prefer over the head wireless vs ear wrap around because having a device inside ear is not good for health of your ears and is painful if you are a person on phone a lot. Good quality for the money and do recommend..

Great for work at home ppl! Lightweight so comfy. Functions well. Fit for all heads. Doesn't hurt ear. Quality good overall. Connects well easy to use. No background noise. Charger could be less bulky maybe just a cord?

I've worked from home since just before the pandemic hit. Our equipment included a desk phone like we used in the call center and I had a wireless headset I'd been using for probably 10 years. It was great using it at home because if it was slow and I wasn't getting calls, I could do things around the house like wash dishes, do laundry, or other small tasks. But they recently switched us to VoIP which would eliminate the desk phone and sent us USB headsets. Not wanting to be "tied down" I started looking for wireless headsets and found this one. I ordered it and received it a few days before the change to the new system so I tested it out. It paired easily with my Xbox as well as my mobile phone and worked well with each of them. After pairing it with my work equipment and doing the switch to VoIP, I had the same results as with my Xbox and phone. Since this headset works as a microphone and speaker, I can hear notifications for new instant messages or emails directly in my ear which is very helpful if I'm away from my desk. My office is on the second floor in the back of my house and I've been able to use this headset to walk out from to check my mail so it has great range, too. I like that it can be charged by putting it on its base or plugging into it directly and the charge lasts a full 8 hours. It might last longer but I've never used it beyond work. This was the first headset I tried so I got lucky finding it because I didn't have to try several different ones. It's a great piece of equipment.Edit: My original review was around July or August of 2022, I think. It is now March of 2024 and this headset still works like brand new. I did have an issue recently and messaged the seller. They were able to help and didn't stop until my issue was resolved. This is an amazing company and an amazing product! Don't pass this one by!

The media could not be loaded. Most Recent Update 08/02/2924: I received a replacement for the faulty wireless headset, and it worked well for a few days. Unfortunately, the new unit is now exhibiting the same issue as the original one: it consistently shows a "low battery, please charge" prompt, even when connected to the base. The charging light does not turn red, indicating that it is not charging. Despite the initial good performance, the headset's persistent charging problems make it unreliable. I will be buying a new one from somewhere else. I have attached a video of the current issue.
