Bit meh, flimsy, quality not great. Gave it away and bought a different one also pretty cheap but a lot more solid.

Very effective and relieves muscle aches and spasms very efficiently, but the battery stops working within a few months - it will get charged to be used for a few minutes only. I don't see any option of replacing the battery!

Recommended 100% for athletes who are increasing their level of intensity in their training; I tried the massage gun after my long runs. It helped me in the recovery process. The Gun is wonderful , the supplier is very professional, I bought it last month , a small issue with the start button , immediately replaced with a new one within days .
