J'ai acheté ce moule car il est parfait pour faire des tartes ou quiches de plus petites tailles. Il fait ka taille d'une assiette à dîner. Le fait que le fond soit percé et amovible est génial.

A very good pastry tray for when you want to avoid extra process step faff and get a crisp base easily. Non stick coating is substantial and well applied, has taken the test of time, and the metal my one was made from is far from flimsy. A convenient 2 part release mechanism that works well, particularly if you remembered to grease it prior to assembly. All in, would recommend without hesitation.

Le crostate sono buone, inutile negarlo. Se sai fare una degna pasta frolla puoi rendere felice i tuoi ospiti. I problema è cuocere bene le crostate in maniera uniforme sotto e sopra, non far scurire o peggio bruciare la pasta, ma conferirle un color miele ed una consistenza friabile o croccante, in base al tipo di frolla utilizzato. Con i suoi fori alla base e laterali questa tortiera consente di distribuire uniformente il calore da sotto e ai lati della tortiera in modo da cuocere perfettamente la frolla senza farla bruciare sotto e renderla poco cotta ai lati, cosa molto comune. Apribile, si lava perfettamente in pochi passaggi, non occorre ungerla o trattarla con staccante, la pasta va inserita in aderenza tal quale, al massimo è possibile usare carta forno alla base per maggior sicurezza. Da usare su forno statico (consigliato) o ventilato. Crosate ben cotte con ogni tipo di frolla, che sia una milano oppure una frolla all'olio o margarina. Molto soddisfatta delle performances, il costo però mi sembra un poco eccessivo. Ad ogni modo approvata.

J'ai fait une quiche au poulet et à la béchamel, pâte feuilletée. Sans beurrer le moule, et avec un contenu assez "liquide" j' avais des doutes sur la cuisson de la pâte. Finalement j' ai eu la meilleure cuisson possible, la pâte était croustillante; même la base, et elle se détacher du moule sans difficulté. Excellent produit.

Really excellent for creating a crispy quiche or pie crust. I have used it 4 times in the first 5 days after purchase, and results are better than anything I used to make in the old non-perforated quiche tin. The non-stick is working perfectly so far, but after just a week of use I cannot speak to longevity.
