Great cup all around, give us better gaskets!
The Pure Zen Tea Tumbler with Infuser is a well-made and functional tea mug. The double-wall glass construction keeps the exterior from getting too hot to the touch, which is a great feature. I appreciate the versatility of being able to position the strainer on either the top or bottom by simply turning the tumbler. The included protective sleeve is a nice touch, adding extra convenience and protection. However, there are a few downsides. The tumbler tends to leak a bit when you flip it from top to bottom, which can be a bit of a hassle. It would also be more convenient if the tumbler were slightly wider for easier cleaning. Additionally, the product could benefit from more replacement gaskets or improved gaskets to ensure a snug fit and reduce leaks caused by improper screwing.Overall, it’s a good quality tumbler with some room for improvement. If you’re looking for a versatile and stylish tea infuser bottle, this one is worth considering.

Amazing cup!!
This was a great purchase. I use it all the time to take my tea on campus with me so I’m not tempted to spend money on a fancy coffee or tea while out.Pros:- make and carry any loose-leaf tea of your choice with you- easy to clean- easy to use- keeps temperature well- really nice design- allows you to see how much your tea has steeped since the cup’s glass design is clearCons:-must wait before sealing right away, as other users have mentioned (too hot = pressure within the cup putting you at risk of a burn and making it difficult to open later)- heavy!!!! The cup is pretty heavy since the materials are real and it is high quality. For me this was important since it’s portable and I want to carry it around campus alongside heavy books and supplies!!

Good bottle, quality is “eh” --- Customer service is superb
Okay so I bought this in April and wanted to give it a long test run before I made a comment. Too often I look at reviews and people are giving a review after days of ownership, too soon to really make a decision anyways I digress.Pros:Glass quality is good, I made tea hot let it infuse and then put it in the freezer for a bit to get it a tad cool. The glass stood up to the temperature changes well. The bottle looks good and the stainless steel caps are nice.Cons: after about two months of regular use the black caps on the inside of the bottle gave way and started being stuck to the bottle making it impossible to drink anything. I can glue it back but I didn’t buy a product to work on it. I bought a product that’s suppose to do its job.Anyways, I glued it back and keep using it and it seems to be holding up well. The bamboo looking case: it’s cheap, like I’m sure if I had a five year old daughter she’d do a crafts project with better quality. Don’t plan on ever using it. The paper peeled out just getting to the bottle. The rubber seals (washers) are a bit tough to get out and clean and you really should clean them!!Overall I would buy this again but for a bottle that’s $27 it should be better.Edit: After my review I was emailed by Laura and they sent me a new set of lids, those apparently didn't get to me so they sent out a second set which I received. The new lids are much better and I have updated this review to reflect how amazing their customer service was.

Good design, but need to improve sealing
The design and material are nice. However the main purpose of double wall is to keep it warm for long, and this bottle doesn’t keep warm at all..... besides, it’s quite easy to end up with leaking because the bottom is also screwed on. It’s great design as it allow easy cleaning. But the sealing parts was poorly manufactured, hence quite difficult to screw it back properly to have a good seal, end up leaking easily.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I'm updating my rating to 4-star after giving it a second try, and have been using for about a year now. It's good quality glass that it's easy to clean, haven't chip or crack with normal usage so far. The seal/leak issue seem to a common problem many other review mentioned. I initially experience it often also. But then after using it "properly" for a while, you get used to on the how and tightness needed to avoid leaks. So, some learning curve.Good: it does keep my tea warm for long enough. To the owner's point, You cannot compare this directly to some Japanese brand-name stainless steel thermos. Those are meant to keep hot water hot warm overnight. But since they are stainless steel, you are not supposed to use them for tea. For tea-drinking, it's meant to brewed and drink within an hour or two anyways. So, the ability of keeping it warm for enjoying the tea, I actually think it's just about right.Good: able to open on both ends, allow me to clean it easily. and the quality of glass is actually pretty good that any of my tea stain on the glass can be rub off so easily. To be Improved: the seal is definitely something to be improved on. It takes learning curve to tighten it "properly". And when it's done proper, it actually seals it so good that the vacuum is so difficult to open. I sometimes filled it with hot hot water, and forgot about it after ~3 hours. The whole tumbler is cool to room temperature already, and created some vacuum inside. It took so much effort to open it again because the vacuum is sealing it so good.In a way, my good and bad points above a somewhat contradicting themselves. But wouldn't it be cool if somebody come up with a design that can tackle both front? It's a challenge. :) That being said, I'm pretty happy with this tumbler actually. I will buy again if this one break somewhere down the road.
