STAY AWAY
SAME ISSUE AS OTHERS. STAY AWAY. SINCE IT IS SOLD BY A "RESELLER", THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON THEM FROM ZEBRA. $500 DOWN THE DRAIN. NO SUPPORT. DETAILS LIKE THIS SHOULD BE UP FRONT SO BUYERS ARE AWARE. SHAME ON SELLER AND AMAZON. OURS LASTED 2 MONTHS. RECEIVED NO HELP.

Top notch customer service
The main reasnon I went with Zebra rather than cheaper ones (Rollo, Dymo...etc) is1- their customer support2- Ability to print in mini sizes (1"x0.5" & 1"x1")3- to be able to use ANY type of direct thermal labelsI was not disappointed in all of them!! specially the customer service. I did a live chat with the customer support and it got cut off, the team called me on my phone to make sure my case is resolved!!

Won't stay connected
I purchased this printer because Zebra is supposed to be one of the best thermal printers on the market. Their instructions for set-up are hard to follow and the printer doesn't stay connected to my PC. Very disappointed so far.

Beware the model - seems to be a run of lemons
Bought 5 of these for a special project. All but 2 of them had faulty capacitors/boards. We didn't start using them as we were still setting things up until after the return period was over. Zebra wouldn't honor the warranty because even though they were "new to us" they were old stock from the reseller. Reseller wouldn't take them back. They are boat anchors now.

Works wired but not on wifi without card
Printer works good with a usb wire. Keep in mind, even though this item says it works with wifi, it doesn't without a wifi card. They don't tell you that the card isn't included, But the description shows that it works with wifi. Its kind a a play on words.
