Not restaurant quality
This is very low-end non-restaurant quality. Probably good for the annual Holiday dinner. Not good enough for everyday use.Update. Used it for the first time last night catering. It did not ever get hot! Worst purchase I have made in Amazon. Returning it for a real commercial warmer.

Best Warmer to purchase
I had purchased 2 other warmers which has stopped working, but this one is fantastic. No problem no issue.

Would not keep food to minimum temp required by health code
Was disappointed that we could not use since it would not keep food any hotter then 115 degrees. Seller did not want them shipped back and would only refunded us 70%.

Reservoir water does not heat above 85 degrees
I can't imagine how this product could keep food warm when the reservoir water only heats to 85 degrees. I was unable to use the warmer, so I returned it.

One of my items was damaged

Temperatures produced do not match specs.
This food warmer never warmed up water in the tray to 140 degrees F. even after keeping it on the high setting for 24 hours straight.

Sharp Edges
The pots included with this are sharp and have caused injury.The overall product works well but have had issue with both units leaking from bottom. I guess it's true, you get what you pay for.
