Chicago Metallic Nonstick Roaster with Floating Rack, 18-Inch-by-13-Inch, Black

I bought this a year ago. We’ve used it maybe 4 times. All of the finish is coming off inside. I can’t even wash it it’s also rusting just from being wet. Tried contacting the company as it says to do and they don’t respond. This product is garbage and not worth what I spent.

We got a 23 lb Turkey for Thanksgiving. With just days to go, we realized our old pan was gone. Not sure if we threw it out (it was pretty nasty and old) or loaned it to someone etc. but we were in panic mode. We searched on Amazon and came across this one and ordered it within days of Thanksgiving. It arrived as expected, built as expected, and absolutely worked for our massive bird as expected. It cleaned up beautifully as well. Great product would absolutely recommend.

Perfect size for large turkey. Worked great! Easiest clean up ever! Impressed.

I bought this for bigger meat like hams and turkeys so I’ve only had an opportunity to use it two or three times. It stayed in its box until the first use and in the cabinet between uses. The coating has flaked off as shown in the photos. It’s a sturdy pan but truly awful.

Love this roasting pan! It is durable, and strong enough for a 22 lb turkey!

I'm hoping the material in this pan lasts longer than pans I have used in the past.My experience with pans in the past has been peeling of the non-stick material & rusting of the pan.

This product works great for awhile but eventually the coating will come off.

Accidentally sent it through the dishwasher, I'm a guy and we read instructions after the fact. I did have a question if I could use this in my smoker. Custome service emailed me within hours, reason for five stars.
