PDK Regency Wildcats Complete Bed Set, King

This bed in a bag set is just so darn cute! We are doing my grandsons room in a jungle or rainforest theme. Our walls are painted a beige neutral, so everything blends nicely. We are not yet finished with the room, so it is not on his bed yet, nor have I tried to machine wash anything yet. So far I can only comment on the looks. We have a leopard print to frame and put on the wall, bamboo shades, green plants to add, and a few more odds and ends. All in all, I think this is a great head start on creating a jungle room, or rainforest theme. Although "technically", tigers can be found in a rainforest, lions are NOT, from what I have read so far. A nice addition any way you look at it. If I have problems later with machine washing, or anything else, I will update.

I've had it for a year now. It's colors aren't vibrant like you see in a catalog. The design isn't as detailed as I was expecting and the material seems a little thin. When you see it in the picture, the cats are at the foot of the bed facing away from you. In reality, it goes the other way. The tag will be at the top of the bed if you place it as shown in the picture (which I found annoying). Only one end of the spread has cats. The underside of the spread is leopard print with vines which, I found appealing. I thought it would be finer for the price. I really like the style of it, that's why I didn't return it. However, I don't think it was a great purchase.

I love the animals in the pattern, but most of the pattern for the actual pillow cases and sheets was just paw prints instead of the big design shown here. Also, the skirt / ruffles around the side had a very thin cloth between them that got holes on the first machine washing. That being said, that connecting material for the skirt is not visible as it is under the bed, and the top layer of comforter and shams looked nice. What is shown over the pillows is not the pillow cases but the pillow cover. While it's not perfect, I do enjoy the bed set and it seems a good deal at this price point.

The sheets are not soft, but this is by far the prettiest large cat comforter that I have found. It is for my 9 year old daughter. She has a queen bed (standard thickness) with a pillow topper & it fits perfectly. I hope the sheets will soften with washing & lots of fabric softener! The comforter is on the thin side.

Very beautiful colors on this bedcover set, for decorating any bedroom, at good prices and good fabric. Higley recommended.
