Review: Fun game for a Jane Austen fan - This game is really fun! I was worried that some of the questions would be too hard, but it was just the right amount of difficulty. I loved all the quotes on the cards, the game was beautifully designed. Obviously you have to be a fan of Jane Austen to enjoy, but if you are I would definitely reccomend it! Fun game for a Jane Austen fan

I was lucky enough to help test this game in development and happily backed the Kickstarter campaign. A couple weeks ago I was able to host a group of players and we had a wonderful time! I can't say enough about the quality of the graphics and design, you just want to study the board and pieces and cards up close. The trivia questions are also just perfect, obviously it helps to know Jane Austen's novels inside and out, though some refreshment from other, ahem "Notes" doesn't hurt either :-) Finally, the game mechanics are well-thought out and easy to follow. There's often hidden delights during game play. Such as one of our players as Elizabeth Bennett, when faced with taking Mr. Collins or trying one more time to correctly answer two trivia questions for Mr. Darcy: "I'd rather die!"

Beautiful game, extremely well done, fun to play for any Austen fan!
This game is so much fun! I bought it during the kickstarter campaign and it is beautiful! I played with my mother and father in law, and we had a complete blast. The game looks professional, it is beautiful, and the instructions are easy to understand. The questions were fantastic - I am a Jane Austen Nut so I completely schooled them, and it was great how the questions were set up so that you couldn't rule out any possibilities, you really have to know your stuff, because every option seems likely! I would recommend this game to anyone!
