Love how easy it is to use. I just turn on before I start work out so it’s ready when I bed it. I just flip time up when I start position I want timed like planks or flutter kicks. This is much nicer then trying to look at clock up on wall.

Just What I Needed For Stretching
When doing my morning stretching, I always had to count seconds which may not have been correct every time. This timer works great although I wish it was a little louder as my hearing isn’t good.
