After installing it, which was pretty easy. Setting up the passwords and cards on the app Easy. I recommend this lock for offices, bedrooms, Etc. Really like the look and the feel. Excellent product.

Got locked out of a room after 4 months of light use. Finger print scanner stopped correctly reading our finger prints.

the installation was a little tricky with tiny cables and small partsbattery died after less than 5 months usagesensitive finger print reader, may need the exact finger position but seem to be safe and solidgood idea to combine finger print, pin code and key cardwish it had real network connection

So far, so good. We purchased four of these. Programming is easy with the app. Love the multiple options to gain entry. My only wish is being able to enable the remote entry from further away.

This lock has great features but the fingerprint reader quit working after a couple days. It is also very big and causes your hand to hit the door jam turning it. I replaced it with the one linked below. The new one is smaller and easier to use and has a more accurate fingerprint reader. The lock is easy to install and responds quickly unlocking. The only downside is that the app features for extra security you have to purchase. You cannot pay monthly and the cost starts at $100 for the first year. The product is made in China and theirs a privacy agreement you have to agree to use the device. All your information they get access to. I tried declined but then I cannot use the device. But that’s today’s world. Your everyday life is for everyone to share. Not to be a dick but the luck is cheesy if you think about it. Is not a deadbolt so if someone can easily find a way to open it. You can buy it if you have a camera in the house for extra security.Just wanted to give you an update. The figure print doesn’t work properly. Tried resetting it 4 times, and it does not read my print. Also having problems with setting the number key access. The key tag is the best solution to access entry. I recommend do more research on purchasing a home lock. The product is ok.
