Some models do not use the front door panel lamps. Some users report that overhead lights do not light properly when turned on individually while the engine and main interior lamp switch are off. This will affect any individually switched lamp where less than 10 volts is available at the lamp socket under the above conditions. Some users report interior lights glow faintly when turned off while the engine is running, but no significant light is projected. This issue should be reduced or cleared for all light sets sold after 25 July 2016. This set is not compatible with the 1993-1998 Grand Cherokee. Nice little kit!
I brought this kit because the seller replies and actually seemed to know what they're talking about. This was pretty easy to install and the instructions included mentioned everything needed. It really helps the interior of the car feel more modern. Now, I found the LEDs TOO bright at night time so here's what I did: for the footwell LEDs, I put the diffuser caps back on that came with the car. For the cargo lamp and rear overhead lamps I just turned the LEDs so that they are pointing towards the ceiling of the car. They're bright enough where they still reflect a lot of light back into the car. For the map lights, I took the inner wrapper from ricola which is wax paper, glued them into a loop, and put them on the LEDs. This diffused them just enough. I actually wish the kit came with vanity lights because you can't have all these nice LEDs and then have the vanity lights be really dim yellow lights.

Bright!
Glad I picked up this kit for my 2004 Grand Cherokee WJ Limited! Install only took about 20-30 minutes and I’ve never pulled apart those pieces before so it was pretty easy. If you can’t figure it out just Google or YouTube it. They are super bright and look great. I had a couple leftover because the 2004 models don’t have the door lights. Oh well I have extra I guess. No idea on longevity because it’s only been one night. They’re even wife approved!

Great kit for my 2003 Cherokee. Modern looks.
Lights are super bright and light up the whole interior on this kit. Had to actually turn the lights into the housings to lower brightness on cargo and rear courtesy lights. Very pleased.

Pretty Nice
Excellent product I loved it... everything work perfectly and was pretty easy to install, no more than 10 min...I hope that exterior LED set coming soon...

Easy to install
Easy to install! Very bright as I hoped when I made my purchase. I personally had no issues with mine like others stated in their reviews. Highly recommend.
